Most of the product like t-shirts will be ship out in 7-10 working days (exclude weekends and public holidays).
Some specify product like BOBA Frame, LiangChen Design take longer time to process, the shipping detail will state in the product desription.
*If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, production and shipment may be delayed. Please allow additional working days in transit for delivery.
Exchanges and refunds are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED for change of mind, size, colour, or quantity.
Below are the type of issues that entitled for an exchange for a new product:
1. Defect on the product.
2. Wrong Word/Number/Graphic/Size/Sleeve/T-shirt Colour from OUR side.
Items must be returned unwashed and with all tags attached.
Sincerely apologize there will be no compensation if the defect is due to typing errors or wrong details given BY CUSTOMER during order process.
However, no exchange for defected item is allowed after 7 days’ period.
一般上我们的产品如 T恤 会在七至十个工作天内寄出（不包括公共假日和周末），一些特定产品如“播吧”，“良辰T恤” 需要手工制作或特别画稿则需更长的工作日来准备，时长细节可以查询网站里的产品描述拦。
*万一遇到突发情况 如有制作过程问题 或 特别节日高峰期，请允许更长的时间来准备。
一般情况我们不接受退换，但如果你遇到的情况如：
1.产品存在明显的瑕疵
1.收到错误的颜色/设计/尺码
如遇到以上问题，请切勿撕开标签并退回给我们，
我们将会从新制作一个新的给您。
如果是客户方面提供错误产品的细节，非常抱歉我们不能进行退换动作
如果货物已签收超过第7天，任何理由和情况，我们将不接受退换。
