Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be shipped?

Most of the product like t-shirts will be ship out in 7-10 working days (exclude weekends and public holidays).

Some specify product like BOBA Frame, LiangChen Design take longer time to process, the shipping detail will state in the product desription.

*If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, production and shipment may be delayed. Please allow additional working days in transit for delivery.

How do I track my order?

All customers will receive a tracking number via e-mail within 7-10 working days from the day of order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Return and Exchanges

Exchanges and refunds are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED for change of mind, size, colour, or quantity. 

Below are the type of issues that entitled for an exchange for a new product:

1. Defect on the product.
2. Wrong Word/Number/Graphic/Size/Sleeve/T-shirt Colour from OUR side.

Items must be returned unwashed and with all tags attached.

Sincerely apologize there will be no compensation if the defect is due to typing errors or wrong details given BY CUSTOMER during order process.

However, no exchange for defected item is allowed after 7 days’ period.

What's the returns procedure?

Contact our Customer Service through Instagram (@teetaq_my).

Post the defected item(s) to the nearest POS Office to TEETAQ office (Don’t forget to keep the consignment note)

Inform our Customer Service team regarding to the tracking code and the amount of postage fees. (attach with consignment note and receipt of postage). 
We will process the new item(s) after receive the defected shirts and takes at least 5-7 working days for repost.

订单多久会寄出呢?

一般上我们的产品如 T恤 会在七至十个工作天内寄出(不包括公共假日和周末),一些特定产品如“播吧”,“良辰T恤” 需要手工制作或特别画稿则需更长的工作日来准备,时长细节可以查询网站里的产品描述拦。

*万一遇到突发情况 如有制作过程问题 或 特别节日高峰期,请允许更长的时间来准备。

如何追踪我的订单?

网站订单确认付款后的第七至十个工作日,您会收到一个邮寄追踪号。如果没有收到请联系Instagram(@teetaq_my)客服。

你们能寄海外吗?

会的,一般上我们您的订单要付款时,运费会显示。 如果没显示请联系我们的客服确认。

退换

一般情况我们不接受退换,但如果你遇到的情况如:

1.产品存在明显的瑕疵 
2.收到错误的颜色/设计/尺码 

如遇到以上问题,请切勿撕开标签并退回给我们, 我们将会从新制作一个新的给您。 

如果是客户方面提供错误产品的细节,非常抱歉我们不能进行退换动作 如果货物已签收超过第7天,任何理由和情况,我们将不接受退换。

请在Instagram(@teetaq_my)上联系我们的客服,并且请讲瑕疵品邮寄至我们的公司,然后请收起邮寄收据。

然后请把邮寄收据发给客服,我们会安排退款邮寄费用给您,并且完成制作后我们邮寄回给您全新的货物。
